Designation : Airport Representative.
Working hours: 9 Hrs. Daily,(Rotational Shifts)
Based at: 5 Star Hotel
Job purpose: To meet & greet guests arriving at Mumbai and check them in again on departure.
Main duties:
• Meeting & greeting international/National guests at Mumbai airport.
• Supervising and entertaining Guests whilst they wait for transport to Hotel.
• Troubleshooting as necessary.
• Being flexible to help with unforeseen eventualities.
Skills:
You should:
• Be familiar with all terminals at Mumbai airport.
• Be extremely well-organised, responsible, reliable, energetic and flexible.
• Be comfortable working on your own and as part of a small team.
• Be capable of working under pressure and to strict deadlines.
• Be prepared to work extended hours if required (i.e. in case of delayed flights). It is your responsibility to stay until the last student has safely left the airport
• Knowledge of foreign languages is very useful.
• Be an excellent communicator.
Salary and expenses:
• Rs. 11000-13000/- (Undergraduate)
• Rs. 13500-19000/- (Graduate)
• daily meal allowance.
Min. 12th Pass +HM / AVIATION / HOSPITALITY DIPLOMA
