Job Description

To plan research activities in line with business requirements for new products/ existing products/ process improvement.

· Carry out research activities as per approved plan for the objectives as mentioned above.

· Documenting all process steps for the research activities and preparing the result in systematic format and preserve the same for ref. in future.

· Report all the research result to departmental head or higher management.

· To plan trial of newly developed product/ process in plant location/ R&D pilot plant in consultation with R&D/ pilot plant group.

Age Limit : 25-35
