JOB DESCRIPTION


Job Responsibilities:

• Work with SMEs to research, gather and document information related to hardware, applications, environments, and processes needed as part of the IT Integration project
• Research, gather, and document information related to application and hardware vendors, maintenance/support contracts, and business impact
• On boarding of IT vendors into Client’s vendor management portal (PVRA)
• Assist with implementation of Client’s access control requirements (ACLC)
• Assist with documentation of IT procedures and transfer of existing SOPs to Client’s format
• Create or edit technical project documentation as required.
• Create or edit documentation related to IT system changes that take place as part of the integration
• Assist with creation of weekly status reports
• Attend project meetings and work with project managers to track local action items, and follow-up on action items
• Work on other infrastructure projects as time permits.

Requirements & Preferred Skills:
• 4+ Years of experience as an IT Analyst
• 4+ Years of experience with IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with IT vendors
• Strong IT process and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with acquisition integrations helpful
• Ability to manage detailed tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to work after normal business hours and on weekends occasionally.
• Experience with productivity software: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio.
Education:
• College degree
