Job Description

We are hiring Candidates for US Voice process.

We are looking for ideally 6 months -2 years of experience in US calling or any international calling. Fresher can also apply.

Responsibilities

Receiving calls from customers based out of US
Solving queries and concerns on the call
Provide Customer with product and service information
Excellent English Communications Skills
Work on Night shift
