Job Description

Desired profile
• Enjoys coding, developing and designing web, desktop and mobile software and applications.
• Solving real time operational problems using latest technologies and automating manual work.
Minimum graduate in software engineering or computer applications with 3-4 years of experience in similar role at any corporate preferably small medium enterprises.
• Must have ability to gather and analyze user requirements and architect flowcharts.
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle, latest add-ons, plug-ins and other open sources, tool and technology kits.
• Expertise across multiple programming languages, platforms and coding scripts such as .NET, PHP, JAVA or/ and Wordpress among others compatible across operating systems and devices.
• Proficient in effectively using online/ digital platforms, well versed with latest trends and new skills in technology market globally and locally.
• Rolodex of unconflicted prototypes with proven expertise in building effective products under tight deadlines and specific descriptions.
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, prioritizing and time management skills
• Flexible, Adaptable, Analytical mindset, ‘out of the box’ thinker and go-getter.
Once hired, you will
• End to end responsibility of all software development projects from thought origination to execution and implementation of product developed and designed.
• Initiate new projects to constantly, continuously automate, update and upgrade existing system.
• Formulate user manuals for all own and existing products and design self-operating procedures.
• Thoroughly test, retest and quality test/ fix the product until found ready to launch/ implement.
• Record all bugs of existing and new products for discussion, review, fix and enhancements.
• Take full control and management of all websites development, design and progression.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure optimum performance across products and websites.
• Optimize search engine results, online visibility, digital and social engineering status.
• Create, maintain and submit logs of all efforts, errors and growth opportunities detected.
• Enable analytics, data science and warehousing across efforts for performance analysis.
