Job Description
We are looking for a helpdesk technician for Contact Center in SC.
Position: Helpdesk technician
Location: Greenville, South Carolina
Interview: 1st Round Telephonic & 2nd Round F2F (must need to come at client location)
Duration: ASAP ~ 02/28/2017 (extendable)
Job Time: Second shift time – 3pm – 12 pm
Looking: for W2 (we preferred GC/USC, EAD Holder)
Max Hourly Rate: $15/hr
Job Function:
The candidate will demonstrate basic troubleshooting skills for the following:
• Desktop systems
• Laptop systems
• Application support
• IP Phone technologies
• Network technologies.
The candidate should have at least 1 year experience as desktop support and be able to work second shift. Previous experience with Support Ticketing systems a plus

• Willing to take responsibility
