Job Description

Operations
 Making entries & reconciliation of bank statements in Tally ERP
 Maintaining record of cash transaction on a regular basis
 Monthly cash flow statement of expenses
 Coordination with bank for bank balance and inward & outward clearing
 Handling bank related work and bank accounts
 Monthly bills payment
 Salary Calculation & release
 Handling petty cash & maintaining its records in excel
 Handling legal (ROC Filing) matters with Company secretary
 Coordination with CA for income tax related documents and queries
 Maintaining & filling of all documents
 Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.

Supervision
 Proper company name in respective bill
 Asset list of the company
 Maintaining records of AMC (computers, cars, pest control, insurance, etc.) & taking care of corporate office & branch office.
 Handling of financial data and reports for company's automated financial systems.

Age Limit : 25-30
