• Assists the company to achieve yearly goals for business.• Meet regularly with department engineers, build relationship, create support for company by pitching value propositions. Get list of cold mix work and other opportunities in the PMGSY / PWD sectors.
• Meet contractors, convince the advantages of the company and commercially.
• Attends to sales enquiries, submit offers and finally creates sales.
• Maintains contact with supplied customers to obtain feedback and provides supports when necessary by involving technical team.
• Evaluates sales potential and develops sales programs for Astchem business.
• Identify distributors / channel partners.
• Any ad hoc assignment designated by the supervisor.
• Assists the Business to sale products, namely Cold Mix Binder and Regular Emulsion in the territory of Sambalpur / Balangir / Sundargarh districts.
