JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Head of Marketing Optimization, you will develop and run multivariate testing processes to help fuel aggressive consumer-centric marketing programs all over the world. This newly created and pivotal role will be instrumental in helping scale business to new heights and establish as a leader in online security solutions (anti malware) for the consumer market.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will relentlessly test and optimize performance for our free and subscription-based products over their lifetimes. This includes:
• User Acquisition funnel (onboarding): web and mobile ads, landing page optimization, install funnel.
• Retention: strengthen product stickiness to extend lifetime of our various products
• Pricing: test new price points and billing cycles for our subscription-based products

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

• Min. 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing optimization
• Background in e-commerce and/or subscription-based products
• Experience w/ Optimizely, or similar Bonus points
• Experience working with free and premium digital products (computer software, mobile apps)
• Previous experience managing small teams

Education:
• 4year college degree required

Age Limit : 22-66
