Job Description

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Performing reference and back ground checks.
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
• Following Responsible for end to recruitment.
• Data base maintenance and preparation MIS
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
• Must be MBA/any graduate with fresher candidate can apply this position.
• Must good in verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated, go- getter with pleasing personality.
