Job Description
Branch Operation Manager
Location: Chennai/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Delhi
Salary: Rs. 8-10 lakhs
Reports to Director/COO
Responsible for overall operations and administration of branch including business growth, customer satisfaction, should have strong focus on operational excellence and be result-driven. This is a desk-cum-field job, involving travel wherever required.
Responsibilities: Responsible for deliverables in all lines of business – Customs Broking, 3PL, Freight , Licensing & Advisory services and other support functions, for branch Profit & Loss and cost-control
Identifying and Setting up efficient logistics practices across the Branch
Identify opportunities in entire organization for improvements and execute Operational Excellence and Process Improvement / Best Practices and co-ordinate for enhancing knowledge of the tools and techniques of Operational Excellence / Lean methods
Assist Sales and operation for seamless delivery
Planning and optimizing flow in a sending perspective in efficient delivery and supply solutions
Streamline transport and distribution mechanism systems and facilitate development programs
Receivables Management, Team Management, Business Development & Key account management
Responsible for Relationship management, Customer retention, Customer Satisfaction surveys, Dispute resolution. Day-to-day review with customer Service team
Responsible for branch-related MIS
Desired Candidate: Graduate with specialised degree in Logistics and minimum 8 years of experience in Logistics preferred. Should be able to speak and understand local language, English and Hindi. Proficient in using MS Office and email.
Key Accounts Manager
Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad
Salary: 6-8 lakhs
Responsibilities:
Single Point of Contact for Clients
Task Management: Monitor day to day activities through implants and liaise with Branches& ensure deliverables as per SLA / TAT
Implant Management: Training implants and monitoring their activities.
Compliance Management: All activities are within the framework of compliances, ensure proper returns/records are filed with the regulatory authorities within specified timelines
Record Management. Ensure records are preserved & maintained adequately, periodical audit Keeping track of all documents with validities and advising concerned agencies (Including Customer) for timely revalidation
Advisory Role: Advise clients on latest regulations/notifications pertaining to compliances
Receivables Management: Billing and settlement by clients within the agreed payment cycles
Escalation Management: Routine functioning of activities and probable issues affecting SLAs are brought to the notice of senior management through periodical MIS and escalation matrix
Desired Candidate: Graduate with specialised degree in Logistics and minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics preferred. Should be able to speak and understand local language, English and Hindi. Proficient in using MS Office and email.


Manager/senior Manager – Pricing – Sea Export Freight

Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad
Salary: 8-9 lakhs

Seeking candidates with 7+ years previous experience in an similar role/industry has proven experience in ocean export pricing, sales record, client base and leadership qualities in the same location.

The primary purposes of this role are: To plan and implement company objectives in Revenue dimension, Pricing, Vendor Management, Customer Satisfaction & Documentation, Team Management, and Training & Development to achieve sales goals of the respective location.

Revenue dimension:
Develop the sales plan, set individual sales targets with sales team
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
Generate timely MIS and plan through budgets
Develop pricing schedules and rates
Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis to identify sales opportunities
Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts. • Define, ensure up-to-date and validate market-conforming Minimum Selling Rates (MSRs) in agreement with VP Freight - Ocean/Air Freight.
Provide market intelligence to VP Freight - Ocean/Air Freight and Country Marketing &Sales Dept. on regular basis
Support Tender Management regarding rate- and service-related information needed
Execute a Country/Overseas Network Strategy that supports Corporate Network and Product Strategy and is aligned with Industry Verticals- Implement and conduct network performance management; provide monthly feedback to the Management on network performance as well as quarterly high-level outlook
