Job Description

Overview – The risk manager will responsible for maintaining and supporting Risk Management systems in-situ – with one position in Noida /Pune . These are to meet the standard of OHSAS 18001 certification. This includes but is not limited to –
• Ensuring building and fire risk assessments are conducted in all sites annually. The FM managers in each building are responsible for conducting these assessments. The risk manager is responsible for ensuring the assessments are complete in a timely manner, ensuring any corrective actions are tracked and complete, and ensuring that all documentation is stored in the H&S Sharepoint site.

• Incident/Accident reporting and investigations.

• Corrective action reporting and tracking.

• Updating legal registers for all sites.

• Ensuring there are sufficient fire marshals and first aiders in all sites, and that valid training records are held.

• Preparing sites for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 audits.

• Maintaining all risk assessments documents, ensuring all assessments are up to date and adequately complete, and maintaining a central risk register.

• Maintaining and updating SharePoint with all H&S and Risk related documents in the region.

• Facilitating and taking meeting minutes in HSE committee meetings.

• Organising ergonomic assessments and ordering ergonomic chairs and accessories when required.

• Ensuring water and food tests are conducted monthly, tracking tests for positive results and storing the test reports in a central Sharepoint system. (India Specific)

• Focusing on the safety management of the extensive transport services that are provided.

• Ensuring safe work systems are being maintained by site contractors on construction projects. This will include attending project meeting and visiting the construction sites.

Must be OSHA / NEBOSH certified. Must have position experience. Should be preferably from construction industry.
