Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Answers Inbound calls, and explain about product
Explain how to use product and diet plan explanation to customer
Excellent phone professionalism, strong verbal communication skills
Proven listening and closing skills
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
Suggesting information about other products and services
Minimal rejection or non-conversion
Records customer data Maintains customer records by updating
Customer information
Ensure to send Timely reports to Team Lead - Daily, weekly reports etc.
Coordination with Team Lead

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:
Hindi (mandatory) and English with any other regional language like: Bengali, Odiya, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bihari, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil etc.

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN ANY SIMILAR JOB PROFILE.
FRESHER WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE ALSO ELIGIBLE.
