JOB DESCRIPTION – BRANCH MANAGER

• The Branch Manager shall be responsible for the efficient daily operation of a branch office, including operations, customer service, client dealings etc.

• Develops new business; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales.


• Willing to travel for business development.

• Capable for leadership, training and supervision.


• Will also be responsible for monitoring and managing productivity, coordinating the daily workflow, monitoring employee performance and production, processing reports and handling all employee relations.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver as Branch Targets and handle a team of Counsellors.
