Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE : DIETITIAN / NUTRITIONIST/ Slimming manager
ROLE : Executive
AREA OF RESPONSIBILTY:Counseling,Customer Satisfaction,SALES,ADMINISTRATION,HOUSE KEEPING
Experience Req.:0 to 5 yr.
Location : Delhi /Gurgaon / Faridabad
Salary : 10k- 30k
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 To interact with and monitor the progress of all clients
 To counsel all the clients not losing well in co-ordination with the in-house Doctor, Physiotherapist and the slimming manager.
 To ensure client satisfaction and maximize sales for Slimming, Beauty and RBS .
 To ensure package execution within the validity period devised according to the package
 To ensure regular follow-up of clients on break to minimize the unexecuted packages.
 To motivate and delegate responsibility to all the slimming staff.
 To ensure maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness of staff, machine.
 If any therapist takes a leave beside there weekly off it should be approved by slimming manager and finally by the clinic manager.
 Dietician will be responsible for stuck and dropout and refund cases in the clinic and she has to answer the technical head for it.
 Repeat check of BCA and BP should be done every fortnight.
 Card should be filled completely. Total package cost and balances, targeted time should be written on the card. Card should be complete in every respect from front office filling the 1st page of the card till the 4th page to be filled by Slimming Manager. Regular inch check with sign of patient and BCA etc everything should be complete on the card
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate
- Further qualification of Nutrition, Dietetics / BAMS /BHMS/ BUMS / Cosmetology shall be an added advantage
- EXPERIENCE IN WELLNESS INDUSTRY WILL BE PREFERRED
