Job Description

1. Attend events, as required, in order to build relationships with a network of potential customers and develop possible business opportunities.
2. Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.
3. Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
4. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the restaurant and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate.
5. Understand the competitive market place and implement approaches to ensure the restaurant stays ahead in the local market.
6. Develop, implement and monitor creative local marketing channels, including social media.
7. Manage and update of restaurant’s content on the website.
8. Manage and update of media database in cooperation with the PR agency.
9. Plan and handle restaurant individual customer emailing.
10. Build strong relationships with customers in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively.
11. Manage, record and resolve customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner
12. Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
13. Attend all restaurant meetings
14. Assist with other departments, as necessary
