Job designation: Cook
Location – Mumbai
Experience - minimum 2 years
JOB Responsiblities :
· Implements all the food and beverage policies and procedures
· Recognizes good quality products and presentation.
· Maintains high sanitation standard throughout the working station.
· Knows and understands all the Basic policies and procedures in food production.
· Maintains all service standards established for the Kitchen.
· Follows up and complies with the cleaning schedule established for the Kitchen.
· Maintain effective working environment
· To achieve maximum utilization of material, equipment and for quality and food cost control.
· Produce fresh, quality and tasty food well presented in a hygienic environment to ensure guest satisfaction at all time.
· Performance all required task in accordance to Hotel policies and procedures.
· Responsible for consistently implementing the Policies and Procedures in operating
· Responsible for establishing and maintaining high sanitation standards in the work station
· To ensure that personal hygiene is always up to the highest standard.
Requirement of Cook
*Can cook all kind of Indian food
*Knowledgeable to basic Indian cooking
*Can prepare all kinds of Parathas
*Can prepare Desi snacks like - Bhajiya, Samosa, Bhel, Sand witches etc
