Job Position / Designation: Front Desk Executive

Working days in a week: Monday to Saturday

Shift Timings: (Mon to Fri) 9:00 am to 6:30 pm (Sat) 09:30 am to 2:30 pm

Experience Required: 0 - 1 year

Desired Qualification: Graduation (Any stream)

Candidate Preferred: Residing near Mulund / Central Suburban

Desired Candidate Skills:
• Excellent Communications skills & well versed in English (specifically)
• Soft & Pleasing personality
• Well versed with computer (specially MS Office)
• Hardworking & should be trustworthy

Job Description:
Operations
• Handling EP-BAX calls - In bound & OUT Bound
• Keeping schedules of Director’s meetings & Appointments
• Maintaining Inward & Outwards
• Front Desk maintenance
• Coordination with HR & Accounts Departments

Supervision
• Supervision of departments like HK & Office Assistants.
• Vendor management

Age Limit : 20-28
