Job Description
• Direct the work assignment of supervisory and non-supervisory personnel.
• Preparation of Club strategic plan, goals program, and departmental budget.
• Schedule routine inspections of all housekeeping and public areas on a regular basis to ensure
furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and
replaced / refurbished as required
• Ensure that all restaurant operations and set up are in accordance to standards established.
• Monitoring and controlling departmental cost on an ongoing basis to ensure performance
against budget.
• Establishes restaurant business plan by surveying restaurant demand.
• Ensure that on time requisition is sent to stores for timely delivery.
• Maintains operations by reviewing policies and standard operating procedures; implementing
production, productivity, quality, and patron-service standards; determining and
implementing system improvements.

• Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and
service offerings; initiating improvements; building relationships with preferred patrons.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Monitoring and controlling Club procedures including key control, security and emergency
procedures, health and safety for employees and guests.

Age Limit : 35-40
