Job Description
Dear Candidate We Have Opening –Cashier / Personal Banker / Welcome Desk Staff For HDFC BANK in Mumbai & All Maharashtra On Bank Payroll


Eligibility criteria for the HDFC Bank MBP
• Must have a minimum of 50% in their X, XII, and Graduation.
• Must be below 25 years of age.
• Must be from a regular mode of graduation (full time/part time).
• Must have completed their graduation from Class X WITHOUT any drops/gaps in years.
• Graduation from an Indian University ONLY.
• Less than 2 years of work experience.
• Final year graduates can apply subject to conditions.
• Pass the Aptitude Test.
• Complete your Personal Interview.
• NOT a blood relative of an employee of HDFC Bank.

Step 1: Student should meet all Eligibility Criteria
Step 2: Registration for Aptitude Test (Application Fees 2500/-)
Step 3: Practice Aptitude Test & Interview Preparation
Step 4: Students Appears for Aptitude Test & 1st Round of interview
Step 5: Students has to clear Aptitude Test & 1st Round of Interview to Qualify
Step 6: Qualified Student has to Appear 2nd round of Interview(Final Round)
Step 7: Selected candidate from 2nd round will be getting Conditional Offer Letter
Step 8: Selected candidate will be participating in 2 months training program of HDFC
Step 9: Candidate will be awarded conditional job offer letters from HDFC Bank before Training Start.
Step 10: Once Candidate complete the Modern Banker program* successfully he/she will be absorbed by HDFC Bank
Salary* – 1.80 lac CTC (Mediclaim, Gratuity & Other Incentives will be extra as per the policy if the Bank.) On Bank Pay Roll.
The fee for Training (Modern Banker Program) is INR 44,944 (all inclusive)
Note : Only Selected Candidate from HDFC Bank can Participate In Training
Option 1 : Candidate can pay upfront from himself.
Option 2 : Loan facility.

 Personal Banker
Overall Goal:
Is responsible for providing world-class service and query resolution to the customers of the bank proactively and convert service opportunity into a sales opportunity. Ensure that all services and operation are within stipulated norms and regulations so that the customers can avail services through multiple channels saving them time and effort and giving them a service delight and ensuring repeat business.

 Teller (Cashier) (Transactions)
Overall Goal:
To work in an error free environment and ensure that all the processes as laid out by the bank are followed without any deviations under the guidance and supervision of the teller authorizer and branch manager as per the expectation of the bank and its constituents so that he branch customers are adequately serviced and appropriate products sold to them in a customer friendly environment that in turn ensures the branch attains profitability on all parameters with superior customer service and superior cross sell of product.

 Welcome Desk
Overall Goal:
